vanilla peach, mango, and strawberry sangria

Juicy seasonal fruit makes this vanilla peach, mango, and strawberry sangria perfect for summer sipping.

Good news: this sangria is so right.

It’s right for summer. It’s right for slurping. It’s right for sipping.

It’s. Just. Right.

Made with a mix of my current favorite summer fruits, slightly sweet sparkling white wine, and a touch of peach schnapps it is also light, juicy, and super refreshing. To keep things interesting, I added in a few teaspoons of Nielsen-Massey’s Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Powder. WOW. Vanilla is definitely not just for baking anymore! Here, it serves to enhance the floral flavors of the fruits and it adds a subtle vanilla

Ingredients:

1 bottle chilled moscato
2 cups chilled strawberry seltzer
½ cup peach schnapps
2 tsp Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Powder
1 peach, pitted and coarsely chopped
1 mango, pitted and coarsely chopped
2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered

Instructions:

In a large pitcher, combine the moscato, seltzer, peach schnapps, and vanilla powder. Stir until combined.
Stir in the peach, mango, and strawberries.
Let rest in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
