Hazelnut Hot Chocolate


Ingredients
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup irish cream (optional)
  • whipped cream and chocolate shavings for fun
  • candy canes, peppermint sticks or pocky sticks (found at most Asian markets)

Strawberry pecan fudge


INGREDIENTS:

1 16 oz can of strawberry frosting
1 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
2/3 cup chopped pecans

PIMM'S DEUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 part Pimm's
  • 1.5 parts orange juice
  • 1.5 parts cranberry juice
  • Ice

METHOD

Mix all ingredients in a highball or half pint glass.
Garnish with orange and strawberry.

  • 1 part Pimm's
  • 3 parts Pomegreat
  • Ice

WATERMELON & MINT ICE LOLLIES


use up a whole watermelon, rinds and all.’ The flesh has been blended, mixed with mint infused sugar syrup and lime, then frozen into ice lollies. The rinds were pickled, which is something I’ve been meaning to do for years. I had some at a mate’s BBQ at the weekend and decided enough was enough, I could no longer live without them. They’re special. I’ve used the recipe from the Pitt Cue Co. cookery book if you want to have a bash yourself. The very top layer of skin is removed when making the pickles, so that went into the
